Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling video hooks to maximize audience engagement and retention.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for Evolve Benchmark, tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Ensure the first hour after each video goes live is highly successful by driving immediate engagement and monitoring performance metrics.
• Highlight either our talent or product in every piece of video content, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
• Create eye-catching thumbnails and supporting graphics to boost click-through rates and visibility.
• Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm, script, and refine video concepts.
• Analyze video performance and audience insights to optimize future content.
• Run experiments in every video to make sure you're learning about what works for our audience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of video content.
• Expertise in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
• Creative storyteller with a knack for crafting effective hooks and engaging visuals.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices for video distribution.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience creating thumbnails and visual assets for social media.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven content optimization.
