UX designer

The Role

We're looking for a UX Designer / Frontend Developer who can own the design and implementation of user-facing experiences. You'll shape how people interact with complex performance data-turning dense metrics into clear, intuitive visuals. This is a hybrid role: you'll design in Figma and bring those designs to life in code.

What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive interfaces for displaying benchmark results, system analytics, and performance comparisons
  • Create and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma
  • Build responsive, performant frontend components
  • Collaborate closely with our engineering team to ship polished features
  • Conduct user research and iterate based on feedback
  • Balance aesthetic quality with technical constraints

What We're Looking For

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX design and frontend development work
  • Proficiency in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, design systems)
  • Solid frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • Experience with a modern framework (React, Vue, or Svelte)
  • An eye for data visualization and information hierarchy
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for technical or developer-focused audiences
  • Experience with Rust, Dioxus, and/or egui
  • Familiarity with 3D graphics, game engines, or GPU pipelines
  • Motion design or animation skills
  • Experience with accessibility best practices
