The Role

We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Lead to own how Evolve Benchmark reaches the world. This is a hands-on, hybrid role spanning PR, content marketing, partnerships, and growth experimentation. You'll pitch tech journalists, craft launch campaigns, analyze what's working, and find creative ways to get Evolve in front of the right audiences. No big agency budgets just smart, scrappy execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels
• Build relationships with tech press, YouTubers, and hardware influencers
• Write and pitch press releases, product announcements, and story angles
• Plan and run launch campaigns for new features and benchmark competitions
• Grow our presence on relevant platforms (Twitter/X, Reddit, YouTube, forums)
• Experiment with growth tactics and measure what moves the needle
• Collaborate with the community manager on cross-promotional opportunities
• Track metrics, report on performance, and iterate quickly

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in marketing, PR, or growth roles in tech, gaming, or hardware
• Track record of earned media coverage or successful product launches
• Strong writing skills, you can craft a compelling pitch and a punchy tweet
• Data-informed mindset, you test, measure, and optimize
• Scrappy and resourceful, comfortable doing a lot with a little
• Genuine interest in PC hardware, GPUs, or the gaming/tech enthusiast space
• Self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, small-team environment

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with tech journalists or hardware YouTubers
• Experience marketing developer tools or technical products
• Paid acquisition experience (Google Ads, Reddit, Twitter)
• SEO and content marketing chops
• Background in the overclocking or PC building community
